LNG Bunkering Services BV (subsidiary of Deen Shipping founded in 2012) together with Veka Group and IUVENIS joined forces with COUNT (company for commodity trading and logistics) for setting up an important cooperation in the field of trade, transport and bunkering of small scale LNG in North West Europe. LNG Bunkering Services, previously launched by Veka Group and Deen Shipping, announced the new build of the first LNG Bunker tanker, LNG PRIME, which will become operational in the ARA region (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Antwerp incl. Vlissingen and Ghent) as of the beginning of 2016.

The LNG small scale market is a challenging new market development and LNG trading fits very well in COUNT's vision. The knowledge resulted from the construction of the first seagoing LNG carrier (Pioneer Knutsen) built by VEKA is used to design the inland LNG bunker tanker, the LNG Prime.
